One of my biggest concerns having spent many years in the back of a paramedic ambulance treating patients is the lack of a functional seatbelt. While seatbelts are present, it’s impossible to wear one while performing patient care.
I have often thought about developing some type of restraint that incorporates a harness system on the roof of the ambulance. Of course there are a bunch of associated issues with this. I am sure an entrepreneurial firefighter will come up with something!
